What we collect
Account details (name, email), the website URLs you submit for analysis, scan results generated from those URLs, and billing metadata handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To run growth scans, produce your reports and recommendations, provide support, and improve scoring accuracy. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Reports remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.
AI processing
Public page content from the URLs you submit is processed by third-party AI models to generate analysis. We do not send your billing details to these models.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing letstalk@istonova.com.
