Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026. These terms cover accounts, subscriptions, and acceptable use of istovibe AI.
Using the service
istovibe AI analyses websites you own or are authorised to audit. You agree not to submit URLs you have no right to scan, or to use the platform to overload third-party sites.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Free accounts receive preview reports; paid plans unlock the full analysis.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes.
Refunds
Scans and reports are generated on demand, so we do not issue refunds once a scan has been created. If a scan fails or produces no report, contact us and we will re-run it or credit the scan. You remain free to cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges.
Recommendations are guidance
Scores, revenue opportunity ranges, and recommendations are modelled estimates. They are not guarantees of financial outcome and should be validated before major decisions.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
